Well then, who would think that school takes up so much time. Ive been exhausted for a pretty long time from it. Damn you school. Okay well heres some updates in my life for ya.
Okay ive gotten back heavly into drums, ive had them for about a year but i havent had any realy time to really practice them cause ive had other stuff and I really didnt know any techniques. Well either way I'm finally really getting into them. I currently have a ArtStar II drumset. I swear even though for its gigantic size, its one of the best sounding drumsets ive ever heard. I used to have Remo Pinstripe heads on my toms and I am now sad that I had them on for so long. Pinstripe heads from Remo are 2 ply heads, and inbetween them they have this liquid substance. Now then, these heads are quite nice if your going for the very "dud" effect every time you hit a tom. Now with these coated 1 ply Aquarian heads and having them on for a few days, if I do say so myself the toms havent sound better. They really go "doooooooo" they sound so nice. On the flip sides of them except for my floor tom, i have remo ebony heads. Well then im looking into a new snare cause one didnt come with mine. I did however come across a ArtStar snare thats 8x14. I hope I do aqurie it, nay, I must aqurie it.
Okay well my regular math/lit/history/science classes are pretty standard. I do wish my history, science, and lit classes were a bit better. I really dont like math so I allready have a dull outlook on it. My history class could be better, as could my lit. My science one is quite allright, the teacher is very nice and helpfull.
Now then we come to one of my favorite class's. Art History. Now some of you might go, "what the hell is he thinking?" Well Art History is one of the best classes because Mr. Don Malko teaches it. He is one of the best instructors, one of the best thought provoking, and all around best human ive really met. He asks the correct questions to really make you think about the important questions. We could look at a picture and he will actually take the picture from a 2d canvas or 3d sculpture or what ever the art is and actually give it another demension, the demension of thought in your mind.
Okay then I best be off and finish up some things and start my homework, I have 2 papers, 5 page packet, and some math homework to start up.
